2013 ??

Holy crow!! Has it seriously been two years since I've posted?? I could write a book simply on the many things that have happened! But since I'm short on time and would never want to bore you so badly, here is the short version:

Jan 2012 - DHubs had a heart attack
Mar 2012 - Got knocked up (planned)
Apr 2012 - House fire... (so not planned)
Nov 2012 - Baby Bean born (such a beautiful thing)
June 2013 - Finally moved back into the house (displaced from April 26 '12 to June 18 '13)
Sept 2013 - Started Homeschooling Bug & Squeaker

So... because my life isn't hectic enough with an almost 11 month old (the bean will turn 1 on Nov 26) and home schooling a 2nd and 3rd grader I want to do NaNoWriMo this year. I flaked last year due to being a small planet about to birth a babe. But here's hoping this year is a good one. It has my favorite number in it after all :)

Location location

So I've decided a location for my story finally. I had a productive hour now I must sleep. I have a lot to catch up on though. Need to do atleast 3000 words a day I'm order to finish on time in the next 22 days.

Well more like just an abscessed tooth. Oh so much freaking fun. NOT! so anyways no writing today. And if the dentist has his way maybe not tomorrow either. Just depends on what all has to be done. I'm just going to have to buckle down later this month. Much Love - CMGeek

Another Year!

And an insane one at that. Since last November I've been in a constant state of go go go go. I'm sick of the go go go go... unfortunately I'm stuck in it for the next little bit.

I am in the middle of a move and decided that I'd join up and do nanowrimo anyways. So here I am. It's the third day in and I'm only now getting around to starting, Hubs was home and so we've been doing home 'improvements'  and just been too busy to actually sit down and start the story that has been beating away in my brain.

Almost 300 words later and I've got a good start. Here's too another 49,700 more!

Look Cobwebs

So I've decided to pick this back up. I haven't finished this story and I need to. I just have to be able to say that it's done.

So this is me dusting out the cobwebs. I'm back!
